How Much Money Will I Have Left?

See how much money you’ll have left after bills and reserves.

Start with the money you have today. List unpaid bills and money to set aside, then see an estimate of what remains.

Two fictional examples. No sign-up or payment.

A clearer view of today’s commitments.

Cash you have now

Personal or business money, in one clear scope. Expected pay and unpaid invoices are excluded.

Bills and reserves

Unpaid bills due by your planning date, plus reserves you choose. Already paid or excluded amounts are not deducted again.

Remainder or shortfall

How it works

Three simple steps.

01 · Enter money now

Choose your balance date, plan-through date and one currency.

02 · List commitments

Add unpaid bills and reserves. Keep each purpose in the plan once.

03 · Review what remains

Adjust a bill or reserve if needed. Reset to clear the plan.

Questions before you start

What does How Much Money Will I Have Left? calculate?

It estimates current cash minus unpaid bills due by your chosen planning date and money you choose to set aside. Start with money you have now, not future income.

Can I use it for personal and business money?

Yes. Choose one personal or business cash scope for the plan and enter only that money and its commitments. The estimate is not an accounting profit calculation.

Should I add my next paycheck or an unpaid invoice?

No. The current version does not include expected future income. Add money to the starting cash only when it is actually available within your chosen cash scope.

Should I enter a bill I already paid?

Do not subtract it again if the payment is already reflected in your current balance. List the unpaid commitments that still need to be covered.

How do I avoid subtracting reserves twice?

Enter each purpose once. If the starting cash includes a reserve pot, list that reserve once. If the pot is already outside the balance you enter, do not subtract the same pot again.

Does changing the currency convert my money?

No. Use one currency throughout. The currency selector changes the label, not the amounts.

Is the result a guaranteed amount I can spend?

No. It is an estimate based on the amounts and commitments you entered. It does not cover unlisted costs or guarantee that an owner payment is legally permitted.

Are my entries saved when I close the page?

The currently confirmed preview holds inputs in the page. Reloading or closing it loses those inputs. Persistent saving is not a confirmed feature.

Does it connect to my bank or calculate my tax reserve?

No bank connection is part of the current version. You choose any tax reserve; no tax rate is assumed.
